superb stay near galata
thoughtful gestures perfect service professional management
the team provided thoughtful gestures. i received lovely gifts (like turkish delight) upon arrival. the cleaning service was perfect daily. everything felt well cared for and professionally managed.
the area was sometimes a bit crowded, making taxi access slightly inconvenient at times.

the hotel features beautifully decorated interiors. the attention to detail throughout the premises is evident. i particularly noticed fresh flowers in the lobby and meticulously arranged decor in common areas.

the breakfast service includes a very nice turkish breakfast option, it is an enormous amount of food. servers were very polite and attentive. i found the quality of ingredients to be very high.

warm waiter perfect cleanliness close location
the hotel served a good breakfast. hakan, the waiter, was courteous and warm. the rooms included perfect cleanliness i noticed a location close to galata.
the area around the hotel can get crowded it made taxi access a bit inconvenient

modern design excellent service
The location was perfect! It was near the Galata Tower. I was happy with modern design, historical location and excellent service though! The rooms were cleaned so well. Every other day little treats waited for us in the room when I came back home!
It was very crowded! taxis had difficulties finding the street. Taxis were not able to pass Galata towers as well.

helpful service tasty breakfast crowded area inconvenient access
the breakfast was tasty. hakan was helpful with the service. i found the location super close to the galata tower and many restaurants. this made exploring the area simple.
The area was very crowded. it was sometimes difficult for taxis to find the street. access to the hotel felt a bit inconvenient. I think there should be an easier way.

the room was clean. le labo toiletries where available, i enjoyed them a lot.
the staff had very poor communication skill. they didn't knew when tourist sites opened.
